Elizabeth Graves Photography

Infrared image of a glowing, rounded, leafy maple

A. Elizabeth Graves is a San Francisco-based photographer whose portfolio includes botanical studies, California's natural landscapes, architectural abstracts, travel imagery, night exposures, and studies of urban environments.

Ms. Graves works with traditional film, alternative (antiquarian and experimental), digital, and hybrid photographic processes to produce a range of images which exploit the best characteristics of each medium. Her black and white silver prints, hand-coated alternative process prints, and archival inkjet prints bring out the depth and detail of everything from delicate orchid petals to rusting trains to historic concrete walls.

Samples of her work are displayed here.

Elizabeth wins Un-Scene San Francisco Photography Show!

Thank you so much for the fabulous turn out at the UnScene show and party! I am the "one lucky photographer" who won the chance to be "seen" at the Jack Fischer Gallery in downtown SF.
